You can find cheap used BMW in London at many car dealers around the city. However, you do not always have to visit a main BMW dealer to find a bargain. They can often be more expensive than the cars advertised at independent retailers, mainly due to the huge overheads of running a prestige showroom that are incurred by these manufacturer garages. As a buyer, your main priority is the condition and history of the vehicle and of course the price. These dealers tend to have all the usual facilities such as part exchange, used car warranty and car finance.
